Education Solicitor - NEW INSTRUCTION

Description:

A large County Council in the Midlands are seeking the professional assistance of a locum solicitor with recent experience in the field of education law.
 
Candidates will be available immediately and happy to work on a full time basis. You should also have at least 6 months recent experience in the field of education law.
 
Duties will include;
 

- Providing professional legal advice to schools, libraries and client departments.
- Advising on school admissions, exclusions, school transport, special educational needs and data protection.
- Advising schools on contractual and agreement matters.
- Drafting legal contracts and agreements as and when required
- Attending internal and external meetings with colleagues and/or independently.
- Instructing counsel.
