PRIVATE CLIENT PARALEGAL / SOLICITOR
REVIEWING WILLS

We are currently sourcing multiple candidates for a 6-month contract at a top regional firm.
Candidates will be part of the Wills Review Team and will experience duties such as;

-     Completing searches on Companies House and HMLR website
-     Drafting reports regarding any potential risks for draft Wills and subsequently ensuring that these risks are resolved
-     Auditing existing Wills
-     Creating and updating other department members
-     Advising clients of and negotiating changes to clients’ draft Wills to resolve any potential issues
-     Contacting clients by telephone, through written correspondence and by email
-     Closing and archiving completed files.

Candidates wishing to apply must have previous Private Client experience and be available immediately.
