LAWYER, PERSONAL INJURY – TYNE AND WEAR
Regional heavyweight seek to recruit a one to five year qualified Personal Injury Solicitor or Legal Executive. This opportunity will be dealing with potential fraudulent claims with a focus on motor/employer's liability/public liability work. The of work ranges from minimal impact cases, phantom passengers, contrived claims, semi-staged / staged claims to grossly exaggerated claims. Previous fraud experience advantageous. The suitable individual will be able to deal with their own good quality caseload of pre-litigated and litigated files. Salary indications £30k - £50k.
