Description:

A fantastic opportunity exists for an experienced practitioner with solid industrial disease experience to join this top tier practice.

Our client's personal injury team is particularly renowned for its advice in relation to complex, high value claims, largely concerning brain injuries but also industrial disease as well.  The firm have made a conscious decision to focus on this area and provide a bespoke and holistic service which these clients need and appreciate.

The firm's current need is for an experienced fee earner, probably at associate level, to join the Industrial Disease Unit to specialise in this niche area where the work is both challenging and rewarding. In addition to fee earning the successful candidate will work closely in assisting the lead partner to market and promote this specialist team.

The ideal candidate will be technically strong and requires a minimum of 4 years pqe in claimant personal injury work, to include 3 years experience of asbestos related claims,  and a proven track record of dealing with multi track matters. You will be an outgoing and personal individual with good communication skills ,an empathetic approach to clients and excellent client management skills.
