Description:

Commercial and New Media – 2-5 PQE, London. Our client, one of the world’s leading banks is seeking a commercial and new media solicitor to join their London-based team.
 
The role would be to join the organisation’s IT, Contracting and Shared Services Legal team. It is responsible for legal support and control in the following areas: IT, E-commerce, New Media, Supply and Demand Management, Intellectual Property, Offshoring and Outsourcing, Data Privacy and Protection and Real Estate across 31 jurisdictions in EMEA.

The role will involve working as part of an experienced legal team, being prepared to provide legal support and advice as required to all business divisions.
 
Requirements  
- UK qualified lawyer with a minimum of 2 years experience of working in private practice
- Enviable background in advising across a wide range of matters including IT, E-commerce, New Media, Supply and Demand Management, Intellectual Property, Offshoring and Outsourcing, Data Privacy and Protection and Real Estate
- Experience of advising/working in/with major financial services organisations
- Ability to lead major global/regional projects and coordinate the work of other lawyers
- Ability to lead and supervise junior lawyers and trainees
