Childcare Solicitor - NEW INSTRUCTION

Description:

Childcare cases across the UK are still at an all time high, the demand outweighs the supply and therefore local authority social services teams are struggling to locate quality experienced candidates who are happy to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in. If you think you can offer services, which would benefit such a council, then we are desperately waiting to hear from you.
 
We have a number of roles across the UK but we are currently specifically seeking 2 interim solicitors for a Cheshire based authority.
 
Candidates will be required to handle a full caseload from start to finish; you should be competent at final and contested hearings and have a good understanding of the PLO.
 
CVs should demonstrate your recent working knowledge of childcare matters. Candidates who have dealt with public law from the parent angle will be considered but local authority candidates will be preferred.
