This fantastic, heavyweight firm seek a quality Litigator to join their Financial Services department. The team acts mainly for individuals but also for businesses engaged in the industry such as financial advisers, stockbrokers, fund managers and the trustees of occupational pension schemes. The work on offer ranges from compliance and regulatory disputes, insurance disputes, professional negligence, breach of contract and breach of trust claims, and disputes concerning commission claw back and HM Customs & Revenue restrictions. This practice has an excellent understanding of the financial services industry and the legal and regulatory standards which those working in it must observe. The suitable candidate must be technically excellent but equally important, commercially aware. They will be a team player with a strong client focused approach. They will also have a strong academic background and excellent communication and organisational skills. This is an opportunity for the right candidate to progress their career working within this friendly and progressive team.
