Candidates must be technically excellent but equally important, commercially aware and enthusiastic about business development. They will be a team player with a strong client focussed approach. They will also have a strong academic background and excellent communication and organisational skills.

- Procurement advice and on-going advice on all phases of construction and energy projects
- Tender Vetting risk management analysis
- Contract strategy
- Dispute avoidance and pre-contentious work
- Dispute Resolution including conciliation, mediation, adjudication, expert determination, multi-jurisdictional litigation and arbitration
