Description:

Our client is a major firm in the Bristol market and has a highly rated IT/IP practice that boasts an outstanding client base with clients drawn from the technology, university, defence, retail and pharmaceutical sectors.  They now have  an exciting opportunity for an IP lawyer with a minimum of 2 years post qualification experience to join its busy team to undertake  very interesting and challenging work.

This work could involve IP licensing, collaborations and joint ventures, merchandising, trade mark portfolio management and advising on all IP aspects of corporate and banking transactions. In a candidate our client looks for excellent academics and experience gained from a top City/regional firm, or boutique IP practice.  Some more general commercial law experience would also be an advantage.
