Litigation Fee Earner - Liverpool

Description:

This is a Fantastic opportunity to join this prestigious Liverpool firm, for a litigation Fee Earner to manage a caseload of around 100 counter claim fast track files, both litigated and none litigated.

As part of the role you will comply with case management system and work flows, assess liability and quantum on own files, give client accurate advise and value claims correctly. You must be a confident litigator, have a good working knowledge of the CPR and to be able to run cases to disposal/trial, use correct Court documentation and understand Court procedure, be competent at managing own caseload in order to meet Service Level Agreements and internal standards and demonstrate commercial awareness and a proactive approach to all aspects of work, deliver work to set targets.
