Personal Injury Team, Leader Manchester - £50 000 per annum

Description:

Large Defendant Insurance firm based City Manchester, is looking to appoint a PI Team Leader to manage a large team of 15-20 fee earners dealing with pre and post litigation personal injury RTA claims. The role will involve recruitment, appraisals, performance management, financial management and reporting and supervision. Reporting into the partner

the successful person should be a qualified solicitor, FILEX or have considerable claims handling experience in the insurance industry at a senior level and be able to deal with all technical issues. As a minimum you will have have at least 5 - 10 years experience of handling fast track / multi track motor claims and at least two years experience of managing a team of 12-15 fee earners.



Experience of litigated claims is essential. Some EL/PL experience would also be an advantage.
