Our client, a leading regional law practice, is seeking an Employment Law Solicitor to join their well-established Employment Department based in the East Midlands.
 
Recognised by leading directories, the employment team, provides comprehensive employment advice and assistance on all aspects of employment related matters, both contentious and non-contentious, to a diverse client base.
Their main services include:

• Contract and policy and procedure review and drafting
• Redundancy, contractual variation and restructuring exercises
• TUPE
• Handling disciplinary and grievance issues
• Employee attendance and performance
• Employment disputes, including breach of contract, unfair dismissal and discrimination complaints
  in the Tribunal and civil courts
• Senior appointments and severances
• Collective employment issues



You will be 2+  pqe, currently with a sizeable provincial or city practice. You will be seeking to progress your career within a well-recognised firm dealing with a broad range of employment work. You will be joining a supportive and collegiate environment.
