Description:

This regional firm has and is doing exceptionally well with an established department and client base the department is getting busier and busier and has therefore identified a need to appoint an additional Commercial Property Solicitor. The firms has a number of property and land development clients and therefore seeks an experienced Solicitor to assist on these transactions which vary from retail development to commercial joint ventures involving public sector acquisitions and disposals of commercial property developments. The firm seeks a Solicitor who has come from a large firm background and who has specialised in in development and large commercial property transactions. The position is available immediately.
