Description:

My client a highly regarded Personal Injury firm based in Southport is looking for a Liability Claims Team Leader to join and managing their ever expanding team. The Ideal candidate will have the ability to hit the ground running, Handling a small case load of liability credit hire claims from the life of the hire period. You Will have a proven background and ability to monitor and motivate a team of claims handlers to achieve set targets. Provide technical assistance for claims handlers both in relation to liability claims and debt recovery. Deal with the daily management of the teams including holiday authorisation, sickness and staffing levels. Identify training needs for individuals and the team. Liaise with the Claims Manager in relation to team targets, goals, performance and training needs. Liaise with the training department in relation to training needs and staff development. Liaise with outside agencies. Delivering training sessions to claims staff across the business.
