Description:

INDUSTRIAL DISEASE SOLICITOR - MIDDLESEX/LONDON

A part time, 3 days per week Industrial Disease Solicitor is required with a substantial back ground in Personal Injury and defending Industrial Disease claims and some experience of Asbestos and related cases.

You will advise on whether early settlement is appropriate and if not will run the defence and determine when to involve counsel. You will also take responsibility for gathering evidence and constructing cases at the investigation stage of the claims process.

Salary will be £50,000 pro rata, there will be a car allowance, private medical insurance and a pension arrangement.
