This growing and established practice are looking to add to their Private Client Group with the addition of an Associate Solicitor, the group has gone from strength to strength over the last 18-24 months and has high quality work available to the incoming associate

Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage and develop further a caseload of quality Private Client work, including, Will Drafting and Inheritance Tax Planning, Estate Administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection work and Trusts
Liaise with Key stakeholders including the group Partners and marketing departments
Develop relationships with local business networks
Liaise with Group Partners on High Value cases
Assist with the development of more junior fee earners

Skill:

A dedicated and professional Private Client Solicitor with Post Qualification Experience with exposure to being a senior member of the team
A high level skill set that includes high level, Communication (both Written and Verbal), IT, Negotiation, Mediation and Drafting skills
Able to manage and train staff
A STEP member with links to the probate section of the Law Society
