Professional Negligence Lawyer/Claims Manager

Description:

An exciting opportunity has opened up for a professional negligence lawyer to join the Leeds office of a leading financial services organisation.
 
The role would suit a lawyer that is keen to move away from the fee earning/chargeable hours culture of private practice and focus on using their legal knowledge of professional negligence work to advise clients on their position and use their interpersonal skills to manage a small team. Although professional negligence is the key experience required experience of the insurance sector would be advantageous.
 
Whilst the role will not suit those keen to attain partner status, it potentially could be an excellent option for someone looking for a different career path.
