PA to Family Solicitor

Description:

This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a vital support role within the firm. The right candidate will assist the Senior Partner in our busy disputes and family team; also providing support to other Fee Earners within the team as required.
Phillips’ disputes and family law team is a well established and busy team of seven, including the firm’s senior partner. Our expertise in family law work helps us to secure the best possible outcome for our clients. We also offer an accredited mediation service.

The full time role primarily involves providing support to a Senior Solicitor, ranging from daily audio typing, taking telephone messages, arranging appointments for clients, opening new clients and matters records on a database, assisting with preparation of Court Bundles, filing and assisting as required.

This position will suit someone who is well organised and energetic and who enjoys working within a busy environment and co-operating with other members of this successful team. PC literacy is a must, with expertise particularly in Word, Outlook and Excel.
