Conveyancing Fee Earner - Liverpool - Immediate start

Description:

My client a Liverpool based legal firm that provide a one-stop conveyancing service to both direct and broker/introducer markets. Are looking to recruit an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their expanding team. Ideal candidates will have circa 3 years experience dealing with volume Conveyancing work alongside a recognised legal qualification (preferred but not essential), you will have sound knowledge of Residential Conveyancing, in particular you should have experience of dealing with shared ownership, right to buy and new build properties, including management of your own caseload and use of case management systems will be second nature to you. You will be capable of handling a high volume workload and adapting to constantly changing requirements and deadlines. Naturally you will have excellent communication and PC/keyboard skills.
