Construction/Insurance Paralegal/Legal Executive

Description:

A versatile insurance/construction paralegal or legal executive, with some detailed experience in these sectors, is needed for this well respected law firm.  You will be advising engineering and construction companies on the extent of their insurance cover on a variety of contracts.  In addition, the role will include acting in a claims handling capacity for certain clients.  Working closely with the team you should have a legal background that includes experience in either the engineering/construction sector or have worked in a similar capacity for an insurance company.  The role is varied and will include other general advice and input.  The position also offers continuing opportunities for career progression as there is the chance to take on a training contract with the firm or to qualify fully as a legal executive.
