Our client is a successful and innovative law firm with a clear vision for the future.  It prides itself on its proactive, rather than reactive advice to clients and is passionate about providing the best client service. As part of its strategic plans for growth, and to build its already enviable client base, it currently seeks an experienced regulatory lawyer for a new and unusual professional development role.

This new position will involve playing  a central role in encouraging fee earners to update and share their knowledge in line with the firm's Knowledge management strategy and also helping to facilitate technical updates, and managing a precedent bank as well as ensuring the  best use of products and technology,. However,  moving away from the more traditional professional support lawyer  model, our client is putting the focus for this new position on the marketing and business development aspects of the role. 

They seek an individual with specialist knowledge of regulatory law who is able to provide practical advice and support to clients and lawyers alike on how to market and  maximise business  development opportunities. The successful  individual will ideally have some previous professional development experience, but will more importantly have a real interest in knowledge management and legal training and the ability to work closely and effectively with clients and lawyers at all levels.

This is a new and exciting opportunity for an experienced regulatory lawyer, or professional support /development lawyer looking for a new focus.  If successful,you will play a vital  role in helping this firm achieve its ambitious plans for growth.

Our client supports lawyers working on a flexible basis and is prepared to consider both full and part time (from 3 days upwards) applicants.
