Description:

Job - In-house, Commercial Solicitor,
Based - Cheltenham,
Newly Qualified - 3 Years pqe,
Salary £35,000 - £45,000 + biannual bonus + package.
 

Areas of responsibility include:
 
1. Contract reviews.
 
2. Supporting bids teams on time critical tenders.
 
3. Drafting a wide range of subcontracts, teaming and other commercial agreements.
 
4. Involvement in due diligence and associated corporate work.


Skills/Qualifications Required:

Graduate with good degree and UK qualified solicitor or barrister.
Thrives in a demanding and varied commercial environment.
Able to communicate clearly and effectively across different divisions.
Flexible team player.
‘Can-do’ attitude.


Experience:

Up to 3 years PQE
Any commercial training seats or post qualification experience is desirable
