Description:

My Client a fast growing, dynamic Conveyancing firm in North Manchester are looking to recruit 2 experienced Conveyancing Fee Earners. Ideal candidates will have a thorough understanding of all aspects of sale and purchase matters and a proven record of a large caseload is essential.

Ideally looking for fee-earners to manage their own caseload with the aid of a support worker. The role includes working on freehold and leasehold sale and purchase matters together with Remortgage and transfer of equity files. You will need to have experience in dealing with volume Conveyancing from inception to post completion. Specific responsibilities will include preparing, reviewing and issuing sales contracts and supporting documents, reviewing residential titles and liaising with clients and solicitors in an efficient and professional manner, answering client queries, providing status advice and drafting correspondence to clients and third parties.
